Yes it was raining BUT Sparrows braved the elements and had a BLAST!

Week 5! This term is showing no signs of slowing down!
Sparrows had a great day out on the farm! We appreciate the time and effort the Country Trust put in to the day and all the hard work the team at Wintershill Farm do to make the day happen! It gave our Sparrows such an amazing opportunity to truly experience a range of real life activities and meet lots of new children from different schools. It was an AWESOME & unique trip that left all of us incredibly emotional as every singe child gained something from the day!

Sorry it’s a little late! It’s been a busy weekend in the Smith house! A great week, I am missing photos from one of our groups for literacy and number, I will make sure I get plenty this week!
We had a bit of a hectic week this week! We had a trip to Osborne for our Y6 children and our Y5 children went to Adventure Wonderland. We started our new literacy and number boxes, we just didn’t get lots of photos! Still…next week we will get more!

We have had two exciting trips this week!
On Tuesday we took the Y6 children to visit Osborne! They were all amazing, we were so so proud of our children! I think I found it harder than them!
Then on Wednesday our Y5 children went to Adventure Wonderland! Beulah and Helen, along with Chloe from Magpies had a blast!
Let’s get this term started! 6 weeks and 2 days left! Boom! Sparrows are determined to have a BLAST! Our new literacy and number activities start on Monday! EXCITING!
It has been AWESOME this week! I never get tired of praising my amazing team and even more fabulous children! It has been a blast! Even though it’s been a short term, we have packed so much in! I hope you all have a very restful half term! Ready for the next 7 weeks and 2 days! A long term ahead, but as I always say, we have left the BEST to the last!
