We had our own bake off challenge this week, unfortunately Paul Hollywood was otherwise engaged, so couldn’t attend. We can’t tell you who the star baker was but there were plenty of challengers, we can also assure you that under current restrictions there were no handshakes to be had!

After all that concentrating on weighing and mixing the best thing to do was to then let off steam with a gym session in the hall.
